ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Cybermart provides the services to you subject to the following Terms of Service(TOS), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at Cybermart. By assessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.
OBLIGATIONS FOR INFORMATION
In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Order Placement section and (b) maintain and update the personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Cybermart has the right to suspend or terminate your transaction and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Data and certain other information about you are subject to our application privacy policy.
We do not rent, sent, sell, or share personal information about you with other third party or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Cybermart under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Cybermart communicate with you about offers from Cybermart and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have the right to share this information.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threat to the personal safety of any person, violations of Cybermart's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
